Concierge Medicine for Alcoholism and Substance Abuse

Concierge Medicine for Alcoholism and Substance Abuse

We treat alcoholism as the medical condition that it is using naltrexone (TSM or vivitrol), baclofen, campral, topamax, gabapentin, ketamine, TMS and other therapies, including counseling.

After a comprehensive evaluation to determine if you are a candidate for our program, the doctor starts you on medications that help to reduce your cravings for alcohol, including help with withdrawal symptoms and maintenance therapy. Our Moderate Drinking Program is aimed at reducing the amount and frequency of which you drink without striving for complete abstinence. Only available to select individuals after careful evaluation.

We also treat your anxiety, depression and insomnia. In addition, you’ll work with one of our therapists in individual, plus couples or family counseling where appropriate.

Ideal for executives and busy parents, we work around your schedule. You’ll receive confidential and compassionate treatment with weekly individual counseling in the office and frequent communication via phone or text. We cater to professionals who require strict confidentiality (law enforcement, medical professionals, educators, etc.)

We offer dual diagnosis treatment of alcohol/cocaine abuse along with depression, anxiety and PTSD. We use medications including ketamine, baclofen, naltrexone, and SSRIs, plus individual and family counseling.

Note: we do not treat opiate addiction with suboxone or methadone. However, we can treat you with Vivitrol plus ketamine, NAD infusions and other medications to help reduce your cravings and treat the depression and anxiety that often accompany this disorder, and make it easier for you to maintain your sobriety.
