At Initia Nova we have developed a comprehensive program to treat chronic headaches including:

Twelve percent of the U.S. population suffers from migraine, and a staggering 18 percent of women. It is actually the third leading cause of disability in people under 50 because more than 90 percent of sufferers are unable to work or function normally when a migraine strikes.

We use a combination of advanced treatments such as infusions of ketamine, lidocaine and magnesium. We combine these with peripheral nerve blocks, sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) blocks and prescriptions medications for maximal effectiveness. Depending on you insurance plan, we may be able to combine with some newer injectable or infusion migraine medications. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is another option that we offer as part of our program. For post traumatic headache, NAD infusions are combined with the previous mentions therapies.

If your chronic or frequent headaches are interfering with your life and not responding to traditional treatments, then our comprehensive approach of cutting edge therapies may be right for you. These advanced treatments are considered off-label, meaning they are not specifically FDA approved for these indications. We are not in network with any insurance companies an the cost is out of pocket.
